VIRGINIA and PENNSYLVANIA — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of 12 skilled nursing properties known as the Envoy Portfolio.
Consisting of more than 1,350 beds, 10 of the facilities are spread across the state of Virginia in both metropolitan and rural markets. The remaining two properties, an assisted living community and a skilled nursing facility, are located on a single campus in nearby Pennsylvania.
The sale included a triple-net lease with the existing operator, which will stay in place.
The seller was Safanad Senior Care Investment Partnership V, a joint venture between Safanad and Formation Capital. The price and buyer were not disclosed.
