COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of Signature HealthCARE of Columbia, a 181-bed skilled nursing facility in the Nashville suburb of Columbia.
The property was built in 1974 and features a 2,500-square-foot rehabilitation gym that also offers outpatient care.
The seller was a publicly traded REIT seeking to dispose the asset as newer properties were completed in the market. New York-based Luxor Healthcare Group acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
Luxor will take over operations, and plans to reposition the asset and stabilize operations through various marketing initiatives and outreach programs.
