OHIO — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of five skilled nursing facilities, four in Northwest Ohio and the remaining property southeast of Columbus.
The five facilities were originally built throughout the 1980s and 1990s and had recently struggled with occupancy across the portfolio.
Acquired as part of a larger portfolio transaction in 2017, the private equity owner and its operating partner decided to pursue a strategic exit. An Ohio-based regional owner-operator purchased the assets for an undisclosed price.
