ALABAMA, GEORGIA and OKLAHOMA — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of four skilled nursing facilities in Alabama, Georgia and Oklahoma.
Regional Health Properties sold the facilities as part of a portfolio restructuring. Affiliates of MED Healthcare Partners acquired the assets for $28.5 million.
The existing operators were retained for all four properties. Further details on the names, locations and sizes of the facilities were not disclosed.
