BALTIMORE — Capital Funding Group, Inc., has added two new executives to head its bridge lending subsidiary, Capital Lending and Mortgage Group. Glen Dwyer will serve as president and Lauren Rexroat will be executive vice president.
For the past seven years, Dwyer was director of Capital Funding Group’s working capital lending affiliate. He has more than 25 years of commercial lending experience and previously worked at both Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Inc. and HSBC. Dwyer has a B.S. in accounting from Salem University in West Virginia.
Rexroat has been with Capital Funding Group since May 2008 and was tapped to join CLMG from her position as in-house counsel. She will oversee the bridge loan structuring and closing process. She is a cum laude graduate of St. Louis University School of Law, where she earned a certificate in health law, and received her B.A. from the University of Missouri.
“We are excited that Glen and Lauren are taking on these new leadership roles with CLMG,” says Jack Dwyer, Capital Funding Group president and chairman. “Together they bring a strong lending background and proven success in helping our clients navigate complex financial transactions with ease.”
