RAVENNA, Ohio — Capital Funding has provided a $5.8 million bridge-to-HUD loan for Longmeadow Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ravenna, about 35 miles southeast of downtown Cleveland.
The property features 120 beds of skilled nursing. Embassy Healthcare is the operator.
The loan refinances existing debt, with plans to eventually replace the financing with a HUD loan.
