CUYAHOGA and STREESBORO, Ohio — Harborview Capital Partners, a commercial real estate finance, equity and advisory firm, has arranged the sale of an assisted living portfolio in Cuyahoga and Streetsboro.

WARRENTON, Mo. — American Healthcare Investors LLC and Griffin Capital Company LLC, the co-sponsors of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV Inc., have acquired Oak Pointe of Warrenton, a 53-unit assisted living and memory care facility in the St. Louis suburb of Warrenton. 

CHICO, Calif. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Townsend House, a 30-unit assisted living facility in Chico, approximately 90 miles north of Sacramento.

BOARDMAN, Ohio — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of Commons at Greenbriar, a 50-unit assisted living community located in the Youngstown suburb of Boardman.
