INDIANA, Pa. — Nonprofit operator Presbyterian Senior Living is renovating St. Andrew’s Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Indiana, for $10 million. The renovation includes a new 1,700-square-foot community living and learning center and two garden courtyards.

ORANGE CITY, Fla. — Seniors housing management and consulting firm Riverwood Retirement Management Inc. has named Joe Trainor executive director of John Knox Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Orange City, located in Central Florida.
MATTHEWS, N.C. — Erickson Living, a developer and manager of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), has started construction on the sales center at Windsor Run CCRC in Matthews. The building is the first to be constructed for the CCRC currently under development, and is expected to open in late 2015.
ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Ziegler, a specialty investment bank, has arranged $68.8 million in financing for Goodwin House, a nonprofit seniors housing operator based in Alexandria. Goodwin House operates two continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) in Virginia.
