NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD), the largest seniors housing owner/operator in the U.S., has named three new company executives — Labeeb Diab as chief operating officer, Lucinda “Cindy” Baier as chief financial officer and Mary Sue Patchett as executive vice president – community and field operations.

EXCELSIOR, Minn. — Lancaster Pollard has opened an office in Excelsior, about 20 miles west of Minneapolis, to be led by Quintin Harris, senior vice president with the firm.

DENVER — Rob McAdams has joined Lancaster Pollard and will open a new office for the firm in Denver. McAdams will serve the lender’s clients in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho and will oversee the structuring and funding of healthcare project financings for hospitals and senior living providers in those states.

ATLANTA —AdCare Health Systems Inc. (NYSE MKT: ADK) (NYSE MKT: ADK.PRA), an owner of 39 skilled nursing and assisted living properties throughout the U.S., has appointed Thomas Knaup and Allan Rimland to its board of directors.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), which earlier this week announced a rebranding under the name Argentum, will reorganize its structure and has promoted Maribeth Bersani to the position of chief operating officer.

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — The Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) Board of Directors has appointed Daniel Decker as director and the non-executive chairman of the board, effective Oct. 1. Decker will fill the vacancy resulting from the recent passing of Granger Cobb.

CONCORD, Calif. — Carlton Senior Living, an operator of 11 seniors housing communities in Northern California, has named industry veteran David Coluzzi as its new president.
