Seniors Housing Marketing Firm GlynnDevins Acquires Competitors SB&A, Brooks Adams

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., and RICHMOND, Va. — GlynnDevins, an advertising and marketing agency specializing in senior living, has acquired two of its competitors: SB&A Integrated Marketing and Brooks Adams Research.

The combined company will operate under the GlynnDevins brand starting in early 2017.

The acquisitions will give the Kansas-based GlynnDevins an East Coast presence. The two acquired companies — which are affiliated with each other — operate out of the same office in Richmond, Va.

Sharon Brooks and Rob Adams from SB&A and Brooks Adams Research will remain in leadership positions and continue operating out of the Richmond office.

Jim Glynn and George Devins co-founded GlynnDevins, which Sue McClure, president and chief operating officer, now leads. The company provides marketing services to seniors housing operators, including strategic planning and implementation, consumer market research, data analytics, multi-channel media, customer relationship management, sales consulting, research and development, and content and creative services.
