Hubbell to Build 44-Unit Assisted Living Community as Part of New Development Near Des Moines

ANKENY, Iowa — Hubbell Realty Company will soon begin construction of Siena Hills, a 13-acre development in the Des Moines suburb of Ankeny. The full development will offer single-family homes, townhomes and a 44-unit assisted living and memory care community.

The assisted living community will operate under the Edencrest brand, which already has three locations in the Des Moines area.

Construction will begin in October, with completion planned for spring 2017.

Hubbell Realty Company is a commercial and residential developer and property management firm headquartered in West Des Moines.
