MISHAWAKA, Ind. — KeyBank Real Estate Capital and Cain Brothers have secured financing for the construction of Hellenic Senior Living of Mishawaka, an affordable assisted living facility in Mishawaka, located just east of South Bend near the Michigan border.

LACEY, Wash. — KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) has provided $70 million in combined construction and permanent loan financing to AVS Communities.

VERONA, N.Y. — KeyBank Community Development Lending & Investment (CDLI) has provided a $10.8 million construction loan to convert a public school into affordable seniors housing in Verona, located just off Interstate 90 between Syracuse and Utica.
