SANTA ROSA, Calif. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged financing for development of The Lodge at Piner Road, a 92-unit seniors housing community. Blue Mountain Enterprises and Calson Management are developing the property, located in Santa Rosa, part of Sonoma County. Although the amount of the financing was undisclosed, it represents a 75 percent loan-to-cost ratio. A private lender provided the funds. PLAINVIEW, N.Y. — Capitol Seniors Housing has opened The Residences at Plainview a 114-unit independent living community in the Long Island hamlet of Plainview. Chelsea Senior Living operates the 150,000-square-foot community. Formerly a Residence Inn by Marriott, Capitol Seniors Housing purchased the property and transformed the campus into seniors housing. Meyer Senior Living Studio was the designers, while EW Howell Construction Group was the general contractor.

LINCOLN, Neb. — Ziegler has arranged $38 million in bond financing for Eastmont, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Lincoln. Proceeds of the Bonds, along with other available funds, will be used to finance an expansion project. Transforming Age operates the community, which opened in 1968. CLEARWATER, Fla. — A partnership between Autumn Senior Living, Cleveland Construction and Small Brothers has received a certificate of occupancy for Aravilla Clearwater, a memory care community in Clearwater. The 65,000-square-foot community features 84 units. Construction took 18 months. The first phase of the project includes a two-story building. The second phase of the project will begin with constructing a three-story, 105,000-square-foot assisted living community with a connection to the memory care community.
