GALLATIN, Tenn. — Hunt Midwest has acquired a six-acre plot in Gallatin, approximately 27 miles northeast of Nashville, with plans to build a seniors housing community on the site.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — Pinnacle Housing Group, in partnership with the City of Hollywood, has broken ground on Pinnacle at Peacefield, an affordable housing development for seniors. Hollywood is located just north of Miami.

WAUKESHA, Wis. — New Perspective Senior Living is developing a 173,000-square-foot facility in Waukesha.
