VISTA, Calif. — W Designed Developments has acquired a 2.6-acre plot in Southern California, with plans to develop a seniors housing community on the site.

STILLWATER, Minn. — Intergenerational Living & Health Care Inc. (ILHC) has acquired 57 acres of land in Stillwater, a Minneapolis suburb located along the Wisconsin border. The company plans to build The Lakes at Stillwater, a $70 million seniors housing community, on the plot.

NAPLES, Fla. — Design and architecture firm Perkins Eastman has completed work on Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, a 75-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Naples, located in Southwest Florida.
