CONWAY, Ark. — Abby Development has unveiled plans for Arabella of Conway, a 92-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Conway, approximately 30 miles north of Little Rock.

ORO VALLEY and GILBERT, Ariz. — CA Senior Living LLC, the senior housing investment and development division of Chicago-based CA Ventures, has broken ground on seniors housing communities in the Tucson suburb of Oro Valley and the Phoenix suburb of Gilbert.

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. — Allegro Senior Living has opened the doors on an 87-unit assisted living and memory care community in the St. Louis suburb of Richmond Heights.

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Enlivant has opened the doors on the recently renovated Ridgeview Place, an assisted living and memory care community in Spokane Valley, near the border between Washington and Idaho. Enlivant and its subsidiaries operate nearly 230 senior living communities, representing 11,000 units across 27 states.

RESTON, VA. — Atlantic Realty Cos. has started construction of Hunters Woods at Trails Edge Senior Living Community in Reston, about 22 miles west of Washington, D.C.
