MASHPEE, Mass. — A joint venture of operator Epoch Senior Living and investment firm National Development has opened Bridges by Epoch at Mashpee, a memory care community near Cape Cod.

INDIANA, Pa. — Nonprofit operator Presbyterian Senior Living is renovating St. Andrew’s Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Indiana, for $10 million. The renovation includes a new 1,700-square-foot community living and learning center and two garden courtyards.
