TUCSON, Ariz. — Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF) and its subsidiaries, CPF Living Communities and Grace Management Inc., have acquired Manor at Midvale, a 140-unit independent living community in Tucson.

PALMYRA, Pa. — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of Traditions of Hershey, a 120-unit independent living community in Palmyra approximately 18 miles east of Harrisburg, for an undisclosed price.

CHEHALIS, Wash. — National Health Investors Inc. (NYSE: NHI) has acquired a 98-unit independent living community in Chehalis, approximately 90 miles southwest of Seattle, for $9.8 million. The name of the community was not disclosed.
