OAKLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Moceri Cos. has opened Blossom Ridge, a 44-acre independent living community in Oakland Township, approximately 30 miles north of Detroit.
Rental options include cottages, duplexes and ranches, all with attached garages. The apartment portion, named The Grand Residences, is a two-story building wrapped around courtyards, terraces, gardens and an indoor pool.
Beaumont Health will provide on-site, physician-staffed clinics at Blossom Ridge. Beaumont will also offer ongoing health and wellness education, including motion and balance classes, screening and disease prevention programs.
