BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — American House and REDICO, a national real estate development and investment firm, have broken ground on 88 independent living apartments in the third and final phase of American House Bonita Springs Senior Living community in Florida.
METROPOLIS, Ill. — Institutional Property Advisors, a brokerage arm of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of Misty Meadows Senior Living Center, an independent living community in Metropolis near the southern border of the state, for $4.4 million.
