WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. — LTC Properties has acquired two communities located in Colorado and New Mexico for a combined purchase price of $73 million. Harbert Management Corp. was the seller.  Berkadia brokered the sale of the properties, MorningStar of Albuquerque in New Mexico and MorningStar of Wheat Ridge in Denver. DENVER — Ziegler has closed Christian Living Communities Obligated Group’s $41.2 million Series 2026 Bonds, which were issued through the Colorado Health Facilities Authority.  Christian Living Communities Obligated Group is a three-property senior living organization based in Denver. The organization’s communities include Clermont Park, Someren Glen and Holly Creek in metro Denver. FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of an eight-property seniors housing portfolio located in Colorado. SLIB brokered the sale on behalf of the Fort Collins-based seller, who also served as the portfolio’s operator.   Totaling 540 units, the communities are located in Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor. DENVER — Lightstone Capital has provided a $20 million first mortgage bridge loan to refinance Harvard Square by Cogir, a senior living community located in Denver.  Funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group own the property, which is managed by Cogir Senior Living.  Harvard Square by Cogir totals 216 units across four stories, with independent living, assisted living and memory care residences. MONUMENT, Colo. — Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has completed the acquisition of Jackson Creek Senior Living, a luxury seniors housing community located in Monument, roughly 20 miles north of Colorado Springs.  Built in 2017 and situated within a master-planned development, Jackson Creek totals 132 units, with 27 independent living, 75 assisted living and 30 memory care residences. ARVADA, Colo. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of The Oberon House, a senior living community located in Arvada, roughly 10 miles northwest of downtown Denver.  A Colorado-based owner and operator sold the property, which totals 60 units within a 47,217-square-foot building. The Oberon House was the seller’s only senior living property, and they sold the community in order to retire.  Vince Viverito, Jason Punzel, Jake Anderson and Taylor Graham of SLIB brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller.
