This is owner-operator Palace Group’s 10th luxury senior living community in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Solvere Nears Completion of Sunscape Daytona Beach in Florida

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Solvere Living has opened the sales center at Sunscape Daytona Beach, an 85-unit seniors housing community in Daytona Beach, located along the Atlantic Ocean northeast of Orlando. Upon completion, scheduled for late this year, the community will feature 65 assisted living units and 20 memory care units. Solvere Living, the operations management division of St. Petersburg-based Solutions Advisors Group (SAG), will be the operator. Protea Capital Partners is the owner and developer. Irwin Partners Architects designed the community.

BHI Arranges $41.9M Construction Financing for Oasis at Coral Reef in Miami

MIAMI — BHI, through its Healthcare Group. has arranged $41.9 million in construction financing for the Oasis at Coral Reef, a luxury senior living facility under development in Miami. The 217,123-square-foot property is located adjacent to Jackson South Medical Center. BHI has provided $31.9 million and Coastal States Bank provided $10 million. The borrower is Royal Senior Care, which owns and operates senior living facilities in the Southeast with a primary focus in South Florida. Daytona Beach Housing Authority Receives Approval for $52M Affordable Rehabilitation Project

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — The Housing Authority of the City of Daytona Beach (HACDB) has received approval for $28 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds for its WM at the River affordable seniors housing project. With a total cost of $52 million, the project will rehabilitate 298 units at the former Windsor & Maley apartments. Partners include BGC Advantage, Red Stone Equity Partners, Lument, Coates Rose and Greenberg Traurig.

NAPLES and VENICE, Fla. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the $26.8 million sale of a senior living portfolio consisting of two properties totaling 243 units in Southwest Florida. JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Prime Care One, to complete the sale to the buyer, Pointe Group Care. The portfolio includes HarborChase of Naples and HarborChase of Venice, which offer assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services. NEW YORK CITY — The Healthcare Group of Eastern Union, a New York-based commercial real estate finance firm, has secured a $57 million bridge financing package that encompasses two skilled nursing facilities in Florida and two in Massachusetts.
