PORTLAND, Ore. — RoseVilla Senior Living, a single-site seniors housing company, has named a new chief operating officer (COO) and a new chief financial officer (CFO).  Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Norine Mulry will take over as COO, and Kristina DeLisle will assume the position of CFO.  Mulry, who brings more than 18 years of management experience to her new position, has spent the past decade at RoseVilla. PORTLAND, Ore. — Harrison Street has acquired Morningstar at Happy Valley, an 87-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Portland.  Built in 2019, the property features 61 assisted living units and 26 private memory care units. PLG Provides $25.6M C-PACE Financing for Seniors Housing Development in Oregon

TIGARD, Ore. — PACE Loan Group (PLG) has provided $25.6 million in Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing for a seniors housing development currently underway in Tigard, roughly 10 miles outside downtown Portland. Mosaic is the developer and borrower.  Construction on the community, Cedarbrook Senior Living, began this year. Upon completion, which is scheduled for early 2028, the development will feature one four-story building with 107 assisted living units and 64 memory care beds.  PLG worked with Countryman Capital Partners to orchestrate the development’s capital stack. NHI Completes $74M Acquisition of Four Properties

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — National Health Investors (NHI) has completed the $74 million acquisition of four senior living properties located in Oklahoma and Oregon.  Totaling 344 units, the communities will be included in NHI’s senior housing operating portfolio (SHOP) segment. Compass Senior Living will continue to manage the properties on behalf of NHI.  According to NHI, the company has completed investments amounting to roughly $249.2 million year-to-date in 2025. SLIB Arranges Sale of Vacant 44-Unit Community in Metro Portland, Oregon

SANDY, Ore. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Mount Hood Senior Living, a vacant 44-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Sandy, roughly 30 miles southeast of Portland.  Totaling 26,000 square feet, the property was updated in 2022. A local operator acquired the community, which it plans to reopen.  Jason Punzel, Vince Viverito, Brad Goodsell, Jake Anderson and Taylor Graham of SLIB brokered the transaction.

BREA, Calif. — Integrated Senior Foundation, a non-profit senior living provider, has received $79.3 million in tax-exempt, floating-rate financing for the acquisition of three properties located in Oregon and Montana.  The communities include Magnolia Gardens in Cottage Grove, Oregon; Wiley Creek in Sweet Home, Oregon; and The Lodge in Great Falls, Montana. BMO Healthcare Provides $41M Acquisition Financing for Community Near Portland, Oregon

SHERWOOD, Ore. — BMO Healthcare’s Real Estate Finance group has provided a $41 million loan for the acquisition of The Ackerly at Sherwood, a senior living community located in Sherwood, roughly 15 miles southwest of Portland. A joint venture between an institutional investor and Merrill Gardens is the borrower. Merrill Gardens will manage and operate the property.  The Ackerly at Sherwood totals 130 units with independent living, assisted living and memory care residences.  Based in Seattle, Merrill Gardens manages more than 60 seniors housing communities across 20 states.
