VERO BEACH, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living Group, a Vero Beach-based owner-operator, has hired Judi Donovan as vice president of startup operations and Julio Trejo as national director of culinary. Both roles are newly created positions within the company.
NEWTON, Mass. — Publicly traded REIT Seniors Housing Properties Trust (NASDAQ: SNH) and publicly traded operator Five Star Senior Living (NASDAQ: FVE) have restructured their business relationships regarding the 261 seniors housing properties owned by SNH and operated by FVE. Both companies are based in the Boston suburb of Newton.
CIBOLO, Texas — Gardena, California-based Highridge Costa Development Company and Dallas-based Casa Linda Development Corporation have opened El Sereno Senior Living, an affordable seniors housing community in Cibolo, approximately 20 miles northeast of downtown San Antonio.
