BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — LCS has hired Brian Alexopoulos as the new executive director at Laurel Circle, a 28-acre continuing care retirement community serving more than 200 seniors.
With nearly two decades of senior living experience, Alexopoulos will oversee the day-to-day operations at the 28-acre campus, located in Bridgewater, approximately 25 miles west of Staten Island in New York City.
Most recently, Alexopoulos served as the senior director of continuing care at Cedar Crest Retirement Community in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, a role he held for 10 years. Prior to that, he served as the community’s rehabilitation manager. Before joining Cedar Crest, he was the physical therapist at Oak Crest Retirement Community in Parkville, Maryland.
Alexopoulos received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physical therapy from Boston University. He’s a licensed nursing home administrator and holds a certified assisted living administrator’s license in New Jersey.
