BOSTON — Cushman & Wakefield, a national commercial real estate services company, has made two major changes within its Boston-based Senior Housing Capital Markets Group. Dan Baker has been hired as a director, while Rick Swartz was promoted to vice chair.

OLATHE, Kan. — Integral Senior Living has named Tom Inderhees as the new executive director of Travanse Living at Olathe, a community southwest of Kansas City. Mike Fraser was also hired as the community’s director of sales and marketing.
