CBRE Negotiates Sale of 481-Unit, Four-Property Active Adult Portfolio

PITTSBURGH, INDIANAPOLIS AND LOUISVILLE, Ky. — CBRE has brokered the sale of four active adult communities totaling 481 units in the Pittsburgh, Indianapolis and Louisville metro areas. An institutional investor that is a leading active adult owner-operator was the seller. Another institutional investor acquired the properties for an undisclosed price. CBRE’s Indianapolis multifamily team consisting of Steve LaMotte and Dane Wilson, CBRE’s Pittsburgh multifamily team consisting of Laura Lawrence, and CBRE’s National Senior Housing team members John L. CPP Buys 13-Story Methodist Towers Affordable Community in Erie, Pennsylvania

ERIE, Pa. — Community Preservation Partners (CPP), a mission-driven affordable housing developer, has acquired Methodist Towers, a high-rise affordable seniors housing community in Erie. The 13-floor complex comprises 138 units, 57 of which receive subsidy under a Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract. CPP plans to implement a tenant in-place rehabilitation with minimal displacement for residents. Blueprint Negotiates Re-Tenanting of Seven-Community Portfolio in Pennsylvania
