Meridian Capital Group Arranges Financing for Eight-Property Senior Living Portfolio in the Southeast

NEW YORK CITY — Meridian Capital Group’s seniors housing and healthcare team has recapitalized and arranged financing for an eight-property senior living portfolio in South Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky. Harrison Street entered into a joint venture with the developer, Dominion Senior Living, which will continue to operate the properties. The portfolio consists of eight facilities comprising 296 independent living units, 172 assisted living units and 79 memory care units for a total of 547 units. The Woodlands at Furman Completes $4.5M Expansion in Greenville, South Carolina

GREENVILLE, S.C. — The Woodlands at Furman, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community in Greenville, has completed its 13,000-square-foot expansion. The project added Community Village, which features a multipurpose room and a wellness center that includes cardio equipment, therapy pool, massage room, day spa, gym, locker rooms. Frampton Construction Completes Blake at Hollingsworth Park in Greenville, South Carolina

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Frampton Construction Co. has completed work on The Blake at Hollingsworth Park. The 86,000-square foot assisted living and memory care facility is in the Hollingsworth Park area of Verdae, a larger master-planned community in Greenville. The property features 68 assisted living and 33 memory care suites. Cardinal Ventures is the developer of the community. Young, Wier + Boerner Architecture completed the design for the building, and Hoyt + Berenyi was civil engineer for the project. This is Frampton’s fifth Blake-branded assisted living project.
