OGDEN, Utah —Canterbury Partners LLC has completed work on Senior Living on Washington, an affordable seniors housing community in Ogden, approximately 35 miles north of Salt Lake City. Partners on the project include R & O Construction, Think Architecture, The Richman Group Affordable Housing Corp., JP Morgan Chase Community Development Bank, Rocky Mountain Community Reinvestment Corp. and the Olene Walker Housing Loan Fund. Senior Living on Washington is a 100 percent affordable housing project for seniors over age 62. EMG Management will be the operator.

The Cascades Portfolio, located throughout Utah, totals seven properties and 693 units. Blueprint Negotiates Sale of 42-Unit Community in Park City, Utah

PARK CITY, Utah — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of an undisclosed assisted living and memory care community in Park City, approximately 35 miles southeast of Salt Lake City. The community was built in 1999 and features 32 units of assisted living and 10 units of memory care. The Pacific Northwest-based owner sought to divest the asset as a geographical outlier in its portfolio. A local owner-operator bought the property for an undisclosed price, taking on the existing HUD loan as part of the deal.
