COLLINGSWOOD, N.J. — Architecture firm Kitchen & Associates (K&A) has promoted Claire Van Haren from director of interior design to principal.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, a Kansas City-based operator of 47 communities in 13 states, has promoted Ryan Fischer to vice president of business development. The company also announced that Mike Levitt, vice president and chief compliance officer, has been elected president of the Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators.
