FREDERICK, Md. — Love & Company, a niche marketing and consulting firm that specializes in senior living, has hired Karen Adams as vice president of market intelligence.

John Kennedy joined the company as executive vice president of operations, while existing employee Mary Mauney was promoted from regional supervisor to vice president of property management.
