DETROIT — Knapp Group Seniors Housing Advisors of Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of an 88-bed skilled nursing facility in metro Detroit. The name and specific location were not disclosed.

ST. LOUIS — Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV Inc., which is co-sponsored by American Healthcare Investors and Griffin Capital Company LLC, has acquired a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities located throughout the state of Missouri for $88.2 million.

PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Calvert County Nursing Center, a 149-bed skilled nursing facility in Prince Frederick, located near Chesapeake Bay southeast of Washington, D.C.
