CFG Arranges $15.9M in Loans for Two Skilled Nursing Facilities in Tennessee

MEMPHIS and DYERSBURG, Tenn. — Capital Funding Group (CFG) has arranged $15.9 million loans for The Highlands of Dyersburg and The Highlands of Memphis, two skilled nursing facilities in Western Tennessee.

The Highlands of Dyersburg includes123 beds while The Highlands of Memphis includes 180. The purpose of the loans was not disclosed.

Gary Sever of CFG originated the deal, and Capital Lending and Mortgage Group LLC served as agent/senior lender.
