DAVISON and BAY CITY, Mich. — Charter Senior Living has been selected to manager Hampton Manor of Davison and Hampton Manor of Bay City, both located in Central Michigan.
The properties have been renamed Charter Senior Living of Davison and Charter Senior Living of Bay City. The management acquisition grows Charter’s portfolio to 12 communities in eight states, with four more under development. This will be Charter’s first communities in Michigan.
Charter Senior Living of Davison, which opened in 2017, is an assisted living and memory care community with 42 private apartments in three sizes. Charter Senior Living of Bay City, which opened in 2015, is an assisted living community with 40 private apartments in three sizes.
