WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Commonwealth Assisted Living has acquired Heritage Commons, a 100-unit independent living community in Williamsburg, for an undisclosed price.
With the acquisition, the Charlottesville-based operator now manages 22 seniors housing communities in its home state of Virginia.
Heritage Commons was built in 2009. Commonwealth plans to expand the care offerings at the community to include assisted living and memory care, as well as perform general renovations.
