ANNAPOLIS, Md. — CRGA Design, an Annapolis-based architecture, interior design and planning firm, has hired Lee Driskill and Usama Hassanein as principals. Driskill will focus on senior living design and Hassanein will work primarily on healthcare design.
Driskill brings over 25 years of architectural design experience to CRGA, specializing in senior living communities. He also has experience across mixed-use developments, multifamily housing and high-rise buildings.
Driskill was formerly a principal and lead designer at Hord Coplan Macht. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Maryland. He is past president of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and currently serves on the organization’s Urban Design Committee. He is also an AIA Maryland Alternate Director.
Hassanein has over 20 years of experience working in medical planning and healthcare design, design research and construction documentation. Before joining CRGA, he worked as a senior medical planner for Hord Coplan Macht.
Hassanein holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo.
