ATLANTA — DHG Healthcare, the Atlanta-based national healthcare practice of accounting and advisory firm Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, has acquired Nashville-based HDR Consulting.
HDR, founded and led by Beth Mullins, has provided strategic planning, managed care negotiations, physician integration, analytics and data consulting services since 2006.
Mullins and the former HDR team will operate from existing DHG Healthcare locations in Nashville, Brentwood, Tenn., and Atlanta.
