SPRING LAKE PARK, Minn. — Dominium has started construction of Legends of Spring Lake Park, a 194-unit affordable seniors housing community in the Minneapolis suburb of Spring Lake Park.
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based multifamily developer and operator, purchased the property in July 2017 and expects to complete construction in fall 2018. An official groundbreaking ceremony will be held next week.
The Legends of Spring Lake Park will offer multiple floor plans. Amenities include a community room, kitchen and fireplace, craft and card rooms, beauty salon, library, fitness room, theater area, and large outdoor community space with grills and lounge area.
