TINTON FALLS, N.J. — Erickson Living has named Paula Digerness as the new executive director of Seabrook, a continuing care retirement community 30 miles south of Staten Island in Tinton Falls.

Digerness replaces Todd DeLaney, who recently transitioned to a new role as executive director of Cedar Crest, an Erickson Living community in Northern New Jersey.

Digerness brings over 20 years of experience in senior living and business management to her new position. Since 2015, she served as associate executive director at Seabrook. Prior to this position, she served as executive director and administrator of a continuing care retirement community in Bradbury, Calif.

In her new role, Digerness will oversee daily operations at the 98-acre community whose 1,400 residents are served by more than 830 employees.

Digerness received a master’s degree in long-term care administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
