SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Brendan Morrow and Michael Hass, both former directors for builder The Weitz Company, have started a new seniors housing development company named Drive Development Partners.
Combined, Hass and Morrow oversaw construction of more than 8 million square feet of senior living communities during their time at Weitz. Both will work under the title of managing director.
Drive will offer services including full development, master planning, owner representation, operations consulting and construction monitoring.
Drive Development Partners has offices in Scottsdale and West Palm Beach, Fla.
