MINNEAPOLIS — Health Dimensions Group (HDG), a Minneapolis-based operator, has hired Becky Kaufmann as vice president of clinical services.
At the new position, Kaufmann oversees and assesses clinical performance, quality oversight and clinical system development on behalf of HDG’s portfolio of managed communities. In addition, she is focused on supporting HDG and its clients in delivering a consistent application of clinical, regulatory and quality standards, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
For nearly 30 years, Kaufmann has served as a clinical and quality leader in healthcare and senior living with expertise in policy, procedure and system development and standardization; program implementation and process improvement; staff education and development; vendor analysis and partnership implementation; and adherence to state and federal guidelines.
Kaufmann is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) with the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
Prior to joining HDG, Kaufmann served as senior vice president of quality of life and memory care for Chapters Living in St. Louis. In addition, she led clinical and quality teams at several senior living organizations, including Lutheran Life Communities and Ascension Senior Living. She is a licensed registered nurse in Missouri and Illinois and alumni of Chamberlain University in Illinois.
