DALLAS — 12 Oaks Senior Living, a Dallas-based regional operator, has hired Steve Nguyen as learning and development director.
In his previous role as learning and development manager at Lennox International, Nguyen served as a subject matter expert, leveraging data and industry-leading practices to influence learning and development strategy. His role in designing and coordinating both internal and external learning solutions focused on building leadership skills.
Nguyen holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology, a master’s degree in counseling psychology, and bachelor’s degree in philosophy. He also holds certifications in various workplace personality assessments, performance consulting and change management methodologies. Nguyen is an adjunct professor and currently teaches an executive leadership class at Southern Methodist University to MBA students.
