PUEBLO WEST, Colo. — Heavenrich & Co. has arranged the sale of The Legacy Commons at Pueblo West, a 51-unit assisted living community in Pueblo West, about 115 miles south of Denver.
The Legacy Commons was built in 1997 and expanded in 2008. Occupancy was 96 percent at the time of the sale.
Brian Clark of Heavenrich & Co. managed the transaction on behalf of the seller, a regional owner. National Health Investors acquired the property for $7.5 million.
