COSTA MESA, Calif. — Integral Senior Living has named Catherine Ratelle as executive director of Fairview Commons in Costa Mesa.
Ratelle brings more than 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. In past positions with numerous senior living communities, she served as an executive director, regional director of operations and vice president of operations. In her most recent position with Integral Senior Living, she served residents by opening new communities and improving established ones.
Her primary responsibilities as the executive director include directing the community’s day-to-day operations and team management, as well as working with the management company, Integral Senior Living. In addition, she will supervise and oversee hiring all department leads and staff.
