Juniper Names Two to Regional Director Roles as Part of Texas Expansion Plans

BLOOMFIELD, N.J. — Juniper Communities, a Bloomfield-based operator, has named Casey Tiffany as regional director of operations for Texas and Vickie Stotler-Smith as regional director of sales and program development for the Texas market. This moves are designed to help with the company’s expansion in the Texas marketplace.

Tiffany has guided operations in many types of care environments including rehabilitation hospitals; assisted living, memory care, independent living and skilled nursing. Her most recent experience was as a healthcare consultant, managing small, rural assisted living and skilled nursing care locations throughout Texas. She also works as a care manager, helping families to shop for assisted living and skilled nursing in the Austin area.

Tiffany attended a local private college in Brownwood, Texas, called Howard Payne University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology. Upon graduation, Casey attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, receiving a master’s degree in gerontology. She later received her nursing home administrator license.

In her new role, Stotler-Smith will support the company’s Texas sales teams. This will include coaching, setting goals, achieving goals and other areas of professional development as needed. She will also focus on implementing Juniper’s programs with all team members across all departments in all locations.

Stotler-Smith has been with Juniper Communities for almost 11 years.
