LIBERTY, Mo. — A joint venture between Action Pact, Liberty Hospital and Healthy Living Centers of America has completed Phase II construction at Norterre, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in the Kansas City suburb of Liberty.
Named The Estoria, the four-story building offers 40 rehabilitation units and 20 long-term nursing care units. The project expands upon the Phase I construction of The Aurora Health & Wellness Center, which opened in February and features 65,000 square feet of health, fitness, nutrition and exercise services.
Phase III of construction, slated to open later this month, will add 40 units of assisted living and 20 units of memory care to the community. Phase IV will add independent living, non-age-specific housing, dining venues and retail.
Norterre is part of a master-planned, multigenerational project located on 17 acres adjacent to Liberty Hospital. The property centers around Performance Park, a public area for cultural and cross-generational activities.
