HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — KIRCO, along with its construction arm KIRCO MANIX, has broken ground on Madison Crossings, a seniors housing community in Huntsville.
Working together with Phoenix Senior Living, Madison Crossings will provide 105 independent living and 27 memory care units.
This is the second partnership between KIRCO and Phoenix. The companies are currently building another 132-unit community in Birmingham, scheduled for completion in spring 2020.
