Lancaster Pollard Arranges Sale of Two Skilled Nursing Facilities in Ohio

OHIO — Lancaster Pollard has arranged the sale of two skilled nursing facilities in Ohio. Mozart Healthcare acquired the properties from a nonprofit company looking to reduce its skilled nursing presence.

Although the sales price was not released, the combined price per bed was $65,000.

Built in the 1990s, both facilities are located in major metropolitan areas. The names and specific locations were not disclosed.

Chad Elliott and Kevin Laidlaw led the transaction for Lancaster Pollard.
