LaSalle Group Opens New Autumn Leaves Memory Care Location Near Chicago

GURNEE, Ill. — The LaSalle Group, a memory care developer, has opened Autumn Leaves of Gurnee. The new location is the company’s 11th community in the Chicago area.

Autumn Leaves of Gurnee is a 30,312-square-foot memory care community that can serve up to 46 memory care residents on a 12-acre plot.

Based in Irving, Texas, The LaSalle Group has more than 40 communities in seven states.
