NORWOOD, Mass. – LCB Senior Living, a Norwood-based operator, has promoted Lori LePage to chief human resources officer, Karen Foley to senior vice president of sales, and Chris Spencer to senior vice president of operations.
LePage joined LCB Senior Living in 2013 as vice president of human resources, later becoming senior vice president of human resources. Foley, who started with LCB as vice president of sales in 2017, has played a pivotal role in revitalizing occupancy rates and community performance. Spencer began with LCB in 2014 as regional director of operations, and his collaboration with regional teams has been instrumental in growing LCB’s operational performance, according to the company.
Also among those receiving promotions across LCB Senior Living include: Daniel McGrew, vice president of investments; Lauren Flynn, senior director of human relations; Sam Jackson, senior regional director of operations; and Kimberly Johnson, senior regional director of operations.
